As a teenager growing up on the island of Jamaica, I always had a fascination with taking photographs. While in High School I saved enough money to purchase my first film camera from a local town store. I would carry my camera with me to every excursion to capture those special moments with friends and family. Even more so to camps, as I was a proud member of the Jamaica Combined Cadet Force. It was indeed pure joy to see the results after having the rolls of film processed.
As an adult, despite becoming an Information Technology Professional, I still had that fascination with photography. This was heightened with the prevalence of the internet and social media, allowing me to experience a wider range of results of the craft.
In 2013, I made the decision to get my first digital camera, where I began my journey into the world of digital photography. With the support of friends and family, drawing on information from Youtube University 🙂 and other online resources, I began learning the basics that would lead me to where I am now and continue to propel me forward, learning new and exciting areas and techniques in photography.
Now armed with my Canon 60D DSLR camera, I continue to strive for that level of output and professionalism that will please both myself and the general public. If you wish to work with me please feel free to contact me.
